Established in 1986, we have worked extensively on the repair and adaptation of historic buildings with major conservation bodies such as the National Trust. This has informed our approach to the design of new buildings as well as equipping us with the skills and experience to offer a range of related services in planning and specialist surveying. We also design and restore gardens.

A sense of place and respect for the genius locii is inherent in our approach to the design of new buildings. Style is just a pragmatic part of our response to a brief where quality of outcomes is the overriding consideration and notions of authenticity are not allowed to get in the way of what is appropriate.
